Privacy policy
Redefined (“we”) is an app that turns one photo of you into an AI preview of a better haircut, color and grooming, plus a plan to take to your stylist. This policy covers the Redefined app for Android and iPhone and this website, getredefined.app. It is operated by Eureka Software Factory. Questions: support@getredefined.app.
What we collect and why

We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
How your photo is processed
Your photo goes to our server and then to the AI model providers we use through Replicate, which analyze it and create the preview. They process it only to return the result to us, under their own data-handling terms. The preview changes only reversible styling — hair, color, grooming, makeup, glasses — and every generated image is labelled as an AI preview. We never rate, score or rank your appearance.
Who processes data for us
- Fly.io — runs our server and stores the account database.
- Cloudflare — stores saved looks and database backups (R2), hosts this website and the waitlist, and forwards support email.
- Replicate and the model providers it runs — create the analysis and preview.
- Resend — sends your sign-in codes.
- Google and Apple — if you use their sign-in, and for in-app purchases.
How long we keep it
- Working copies of your photo and preview on our server are deleted automatically within 60 minutes.
- Each finished look (your photo, the preview and the plan) is saved to your account until you delete it or delete your account.
- Database backups roll over within 7 days, so deleted data leaves our backups within a week.
- Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then discarded.
- Waitlist emails are kept until the launch email is sent or you ask us to remove yours.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account, every saved look and photo, and your credits, and signs you out everywhere. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke our access with Apple. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play — cancel there to stop billing. You can also email support@getredefined.app to ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion.
Age
Redefined is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will delete the account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in codes and tokens are stored only in hashed form, and account data is only accessible to the signed-in user it belongs to.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it applies.
